-Plain yogurt with honey and chia seeds
-Oatmeal with maple syrup
-Kasha with maple syrup
-Maple baked beans
-PB&J sandwich
>Also usually a piece of fruit

>Lunch
One of the following:
-PB&J sandwich
-Caprese andwich
-Bread and hummus
-A thermos of baked beans, soup or stew (usually dinner leftovers)

>Snack
Another cup of coffee, sometimes with a small pastry or piece of bread with hummus or jam.

>Dinner
A beer, glass of wine or shot of liquor with one of the following:
-A legume-heavy soup/stew with bread or rice
-Socca with toppings
-Half grilled cheese with roast potatoes
-Stamppat with smoked sausage
-A platter of bread, pickled vegetables, summer sausage, smoked herring and cheese
>Plus usually some sort of greens
