You're a retard op. Your gut adapts to your diet and any abrupt change like that will cause suffering as it won't be ready to process the new stuff. It's not specific to carbs, if you went without meat or veg for a year and then gorged yourself you'd also feel horrible.

If I order something at a restaurant I expect it to be completely assembled. If I wanted to make my own avo toast I'd go to a grocery store and be able to buy the ingredients for 4x the amount of toast for the same price.
Maybe they should have ordered the full english breakfast, at least they wouldn't have to cook it themselves.
