I used this recipe a few times over christmas, it's delicious. Keep the frosting separate until you're serving, the rolls will keep a few days, just give them 30 seconds in the microwave.

I've used this recipe several times and they're delicious. They're best fresh from the oven but they'll keep for at least a few days (keep the icing in the fridge and just ice them up individually when you're about to eat them). 30 seconds in the microwave will make them soft and warm again.
