The "Kiss Mor Chiks" thing that the homosexuals are going to pull on Friday is easily classifiable as public indecency/disturbing the peace/etc. A company of any statute does not have to put up with behavior that clearly interrupts the flow or management of their business if said people aren't even going to be customers, so technically that would also be trespassing if the intent is disruption and making a scene.

Your sexual orientation is irrelevant to the legality of such a law, but of course it will be twisted by the media and activists to be some anti-gay witchhunt too. How about this? Leave everyone alone. The CEO of Chick-Fil-A is as entitled to believe marriage is between a man and a woman as you are to believe it's between anyone.

That doesn't give you the right to intimidate and threaten said companys' customers, disrupt their business and take away peoples' first amendment rights because they don't conform to YOUR view. You preach tolerance and acceptance of others and their opinions? Practice it too, no matter how much their view differs from yours.
