To increase my resistance, every time my mind suggests eating Mcdonald, I remind myself:
* Mcdonalds is where the homeless sleep
* The carpark smells like urine
* Their bathrooms are public toilets
* Their filthy restaurants attract rats, crows and seagulls
* The burgers are made of Grimace meat
