i bought a bottle of san-j tamari soy sauce a few months back, it's fucking amazing
done stir fries with it, added it to marinades, use it sometimes for potstickers
it's got the same salty savory notes as regular soy sauce like kikkoman but it's not painfully salty like kikkoman is and the flavor is so much deeper and richer and smoother
