I've been flicking through my university's menu and thinking about what's worth eating to get my macros

I like sucking on the marrow and chewing the bone after.

you cook the pizza dough with sauce alone until the dough gets kinda crispy, then you pull it out of the oven add the cheese and throw it back in . this avoids overcooking the cheese, and lets you control the doneness of the dough

maybe simply the act of unpacking stuff makes you feel better, like opening presents or even when you just get your order delivered y'know
I think there was an article saying there's been research on it and that's why we got so used to ordering stuff online and get so excited when it's actually delivered, the feeling is very close to getting presents, even if it's presents that you paid for and are gifted by a bored delivery guy
so then if you have lots of tiny things (that are hopefully decently tasty) you are happier than if it would all come into one big box that you'd open once and that's that
although this way it's more expensive and not all that environmentally friendly but eh
