Hey Anons, Australiafag here.
You may have heard of Vegemite, a spread made from the extract of whatever yeasty tar remains in brewery silos after fermentation (much like Marmite); they also contain a hint of spice and vegetable extract. Now whilst I gladly smear this muck all over my toast, I'm yet to find any other culinary uses for it (replacing toast for a pastry doesn't count) and this leaves me deeply unsatisfied. I have heard of *one* person who has Vegemite with pasta but I suspect this is meme.
Any ideas? Questions?
