Past couple years I've bought a whole top round from the butcher to make jerky. Normally just use worcestershire/soy with some red/black pepper, salt, and garlic powder. Occasionally try adding some different shit in like fish sauce or fruit juice. Best experiment though was with cola. Took some Pepsi and reduced it by half on the stove. Added that to some worcestershire, red/black pepper, crushed garlic and liquid smoke. Shit came out really well and everyone at work was asking me to make them a batch

Get mustard dill or plain smoked next time. Besides that, put it on crackers with a bit of hot sauce, or just have it with fork straight from the can
