i tried putting a sugar cinimon mix on my ghetto pretzel dough except i shaped it like a cinimon roll and it didn't work.

this is the recepie i have followed

200g water warm 56 degrees European
1 table spoon of pizza yeast
I let that shit sit for 5 minutes while it turns to foamy jizz
I then added in 2 cups of white power flour and threw some salt in there then I kneeded that faggot untill it turned into that shit its called before its bread

i let it sit and rise for god knows how fucking long with plastic over and under the vessel i was using to keep the humidity in.

now that its not shit dough how the fuck do i make a pretzel or cinimin roll that doesn't taste like my papi's italian spaghettinigger dick.
