Pretty simple. It was either this or Shit On a Shingle made with ground beef. Cooks my family were not.
Dad liked breakfast for dinner.

Top sirloin, cubed/pounded
Flour seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, mustard, garlic, onion
Oil for frying

Ground pork

Flour
Cream
