Sure, I've tried the Saemidori so far. It's the first fukamushi I've had, so I still need to minmax my brewing, I over brewed it a bit.
Anyway, it's very thick and cloudy, with strong umami and sweetness and less astringency than most sencha I've had. It has a spinach-like quality to it and some grassiness. I'm not blown away by it so far, but it's very "moreish" and not bad value for the money I think. Will try to experiment with the brewing to maybe get some more fruity notes out of it. Any ideas for that?
