As other have said, it depends.

A lot of people do turkey, some do ham, some do both, a lot of jews have chinese food, and a lot of mexican and mexican-american households have tamales (homemade).

When they're made right, yes.

Nothing worse than a flaky tamal.

Gotta wrap them tight so that they retain moisture.
