I posted it already couple of times, but this is chili that was made by me and my dad. Basically, we dumped pack of ground meat, some chili peppers and everything that had a vegetable origin and wasn't crunchy into a pot and cooked it on fire. I should've taken a pic when it was still in a pot, it looked much better that way. Also it was surprisingly tasty.

Okay, I just tried my hand at cooking chili con carne (though it was more of a "chili con everything in the fridge"). Me and my dad were away from civilization, we had pack of ground meat in the fridge, and I proposed making some chili. Now, we had neither recipe nor internet access, and as it is not popular in our country, only thing we knew about chili is that it contains chili peppers, meat and maybe some beans.

So we put all of our meat in the pot on the fire, added a little of vegetable oil, diced several onions, tomatos, bell peppers, garlic cloves, three chili peppers, dumped whole jar of lecso sauce into a pot (it was hot and had beans in it, so it was obvious choice) and stewed whole mixture for a little.

Now, I am not sure this can count as chili, but it was definitely tasty and very hot.

So, do you guys have any good chili advices and easy recipes? Also, what beverages and bakery are best to go with chili? Was eating it with rye buns.
