You don't know what you're talking about. The back half of a cow cannot be included because of the major blood vessels and sciatic nerve need to be removed. This is something that requires a highly skilled shochet. In fact it's one of the main reasons why kosher ox tails are so expensive and hard to find.

The chicken schnitzel is the best.
While other countries will use veggies, et al, the addition of sesame seeds with matzah powder IMO makes the crispyiest of schnitzel.

What's your favorite Israeli food?
For me it's chicken schnitzel. Nothing can compare to it. I personally like to eat mine with Israeli salad and hummus. What other sides do you enjoy it with?

What is the best cholent/hamin recipe? I am personally not a fan of potatoes unless it is Pesach.

The broth was the culprit then. Matzo ball soup is literally chicken noodle soup but with matzo balls instead. If you're really interested in making a proper matzo ball soup, then I can give you some tips if you want. Also, good luck with the girl!
