I bought three fish sandwiches today, one was for my mom but when I came home she had already ate. I planned on eating all three, but when I was done with the other two I was too full and threw the other one away.

So I have a pretty routine method of eating. I have a pre-meal bit of lite snacking before dinner. It's usually a bit of cheese with some tuna. I like to have that little bit of meat, but apparently eating tuna every day is bad for you? What can I replace it with? Like I said I like that little bit of meat, but I'd like it to be quick, easy, and preprepared. I've tried salmon but it's pretty expensive.
