XO sauce - dried cuttlefish and shrimp in chili oil. A pretty recent thing, this is from the 80s. Expensive versions contain hundred year eggs.

Needs four more things:
1) XO Sauce - it's like dried-fish pesto. Expensive but worth it.
2) Soba Tsuyu - the better Soysauce cuz of Kelp Extracts
3) Black Bean Paste - Soysauce ancestor
4) Dashi No Moto - making stuff taste Japanese since 1950
