They're good! Ultimately still just pasta, they're not going to rock your world or anything, but it's a solid pasta shape. Delivers on being good for sauces and offering some nice textural contrast between the thicker and thinner parts. I bought a whole box of them (as you can see on the top left) and gifted a couple to friends. Here's a chicken noodle soup I did with them.
