End all immigration tomorrow, ban foreign property ownership, and let the market gradually fix itself. I'm sick to the fucking back teeth of watching prices continually go ever upward. It's gotten to the point where me and my wife have decided that we're going to move in with my mum when our lease expires, so we can spend a couple of years putting our rent money into savings instead. We finally got fed up of paying someone else's mortgage while watching our savings slowly build up, and realised at the rate we were going we wouldn't have a down payment until we're 40 (at which point house prices would probably have doubled again and it'd all be for naught).

Rent costs are fucked, property costs are fucked. Everything is fucked in this country. And of course there's all the other lovely cost of living issues, while wages are stagnant.

Staying on topic, Coopers is breddy gud. XPA has proven to be a good new addition to their range, it'll be a good summer drink.
