Worth leaving the strip for

Thai. Highly recommended. Crispy prawns, Khao soi, cold larb. sahara location is better and closer to the strip than the one in red rock casino. Tables hard to get.

Worth a stop if you’re golfing in Summerlin. Closest thing to Mexico City tacos
>Xiao Long Bao
Chinatown, Cheaper version of din tai fung
>Herbs and Rye
Great cocktails, bistro, close to the strip.

Korean bbq, chinatown
>park on Fremont
Next to el Cortez. Good drinks and cheeseburgers

Sushi, chinatown (better and cheaper than kabuto), ask to sit at the counter. least expensive place on this list.

Both delicious Fine French dining. Both outrageously expensive.
