Yep. You've got a great grinder for the money, now just learn to use it. The whole point of fine grain adjustment is to use it. Just realize that the burrs will be breaking in for a while, so your preferred "number" is going to drift. That number is just a reference. use your tongue, and that chart if you need. If you two want to finish that bag up then sample a bunch of coffee get a drinktrade subscription until you find something you really like and order direct.
