The pic shows a very big breakfast, a good sized breakfast would be 2 bacon, 2 sausage, 2 egg, 2 toast, 2hash browns, beans or tinned toms, black pudding (if you're lucky).
I'd eat that maybe 2/3 times a year at home, then gave a lie down.
Pic related is more the kind of thing you get out at a traditional greasy spoon, it's more something you'd have on a Saturday (before football at the pub), or a weekday lunch if you do a job that fits that lifestyle.
Builders, labourers etc will often start very early, have a fat fry up around 12, then work the afternoon semi-comatose.
