Alright Americans, explain yourselves. What the fuck is cream cheese in your country? Is it literally that slightly salty philadelphia cheese or is it something else? Basically what I'm asking is what does the "cream cheese" component, which pretty much all recipes use, taste like and what kind of texture is it suppose to have?
