I don't like canes because I have a better local place near me with lighter, crispier breading, but I do know that canes uses a full batter dredge rather than egg -> flour -> breading. make sure you season the shit out of that too. be careful not to overcook them, as tendies are the most fragile part of the bird. enjoy fren

one time when I was in some huge international airport (forget where but the stores/restaurants were all higher quality so it wasn't some garbage-tier hellhole) I had a long layover and just went across the entire place getting meals at wherever looked good every 20-30 minutes. walked, ate, took a short rest, then moved on for more. was kind of like a long, drawn out airport buffet with lots of walking between stations. I had thai, sushi, malaysian, chinese, and I forget what else. hung out in the bathroom stall for awhile midway through to take a breather. was an absolute kino fucking feast and the company I was with paid for everything.
