two hearted is mild, has a lot of fruity flavor, still hoppy but not hipsterhoppy.
I can go back to two-hearted again and again and again. It's always good.

I make my own wine for this reason. I use two containers. I ferment in one then I rack with the other one. Get good results. I'm no wine expert. It's very tasty and drinkable, better than $4.99 that's for sure.
If I ever get jiggy with alcohol process, it's going to be distillation for sure. I wouldn't crap with beer, waste of time IMO.
