tabasco needs to be used a certain way because it's spicy vinegar. I'm tired of people clowning on tabasco when their expecting some kind of tapatio salsa like an idiot.
but I do agree with you OP, if you like spicy start buying chili yourself and do what you will with it. You'll notice you can eat much spicer food without indigestion and peppers freeze very, very well.
