It's good if you like fast food. If you genuinely enjoy meals from McDonalds, Wendys, BK, KFC, Taco Bell, you may love Rallys/Checkers. It is stage 1 fast food though, it's not "fast casual" or anything like that. The fries are king, and they do bacon better than most other places, so I'd reccommend a bacon burger, but they often have pretty good limited time gimmick burgers like this which was great around this time last year. Chicken sandwiches aren't bad either if you're into that kind of thing.

You might think two clams is a bit expensive for a single patty burger, but no, it was worth it, it tasted so good with that cheese steak and fried onion jokers and special sauce and buttery experience.

Yes. They were originally two different chains, but now they are one and the same. One region might have a Rallys, one might have a Checkers, my state has both. But they're all under the same ownership now and serve the same shit.
