I had a job painting a building last summer and the owner's advisor made lunch for us one day.

He is a crazy motherfucker, has leukemia and like 3 different bachelor's degrees, has traveled all over the world.

I really have no idea what the meal was called but I think it had some kind of meat sauce. He used milk and a fuckton of red wine, might have been minced beef in there too.

There was a special way to prepare it, you don't just throw everything together, he might have said that the vegetables needed to simmer with the wine and such first.

It was the greatest thing I've ever tasted. He mentioned he learned how to make it in rural Italy.

Don't forget Ainsley Harriot, the most frightening of all cooks.
