First time on /ck/, love beer though. USA, PNW to be specific.

Anyone else at a strange spot in your beer experience? I started as a lot of us did; IPAs all day long. Trying every IPA and variation thereof. Then moving on to stouts including some amazing barrel-aged ones (to this day Fremont KDS is my favorite beer of all time), then the move on to other more obscure styles.

When it comes to styles I've tried, more or less, all of the ones I can get my hands on and in the Pacific Northwest we have many options. I'm at a phase where I'm not seeking out new beers anymore though, and it makes me kind of sad. That journey was a lot of the fun. Is it the money? Kind of, craft beer is a spendy hobby especially when you get into sours (Cascade is expensive af).
