i'm trying to get into red wine but having a hard time. i'm having a cabernet sauvignon but it kinda tastes realy shitty. i have no idea why its the most popular. what are the red wine types that you would consider the best testing?

And not give you nausea, dehydration, vomiting, or gain weight? Why isn't there an alcoholic drink like that? Also why not just eat a rotten fermented fruit?
