Keto, for me, was hard for about 2 weeks. After that its just staying consistent. Don't weigh yourself every day, do you best, eat fruit, drink coffee. You can do it.
When you finish keto, try not to binge on carbs. The weight will pound back on real fast. Ease it in.
Keep it up, ketobros. Regardless of what kind of weightloss technic you use, just do your best. You will make it.

I was fishing once with my dad. He knew that we would never catch anything, and I was still young and hopeful. After an hour I thought I had a bite on my line, and my dad instantly told me that I had caught the bottom of the marina. I kept reeling in and I caught a decent sized cod. We kept fishing and I felt another tug on the line, I kept reeling and my dad told me it was probably the bottom of the marina again. I caught another, even bigger cod. We took some pictures and we had fresh cod that evening. Its probably the moment that involved the most bonding that I've ever had with my dad,

A pint of lager, please. Been trying to get a university degree for 3 years now with no accomplishments. Friends all around are finishing their degrees and getting jobs. Applied for some jobs lately. Trying to land a gf. Been dieting as well. Its mostly fine right now, was kinda down in the dumps for the greater part of 2019. Thinking it'll work itself out when I manage to land a job that isn't horrible.

I dislike picky eaters, but I can give a theory of why. When I was a child my parents made a big deal out of me trying new foods. Everytime something new was presented they said "atleast try it". I always tried it and I ended up learning a lot about food and appreciating different flavours. Its not like I loved everything, there were plenty of things I disliked, but I was told that its ok to not like things as long as you base your opinion on having tried it atleast once.
Fastforward through an entire childhood where you have tried new things and learned a lot. You're in uni or something cooking a meal for your new roommates. You set the table, pour the wine and serve everyone at the table. Everyone except one person digs in, and you notice.
>Anything wrong with the food? you ask
>I don't like onions, anon
>Oh, well you can scoop them to the side if you dont like them
>Yeah...
That person proceeds to not touch their food all evening, not appreciating the effort you put in to make a nice dinner. Thats when you realize, they never put in the effort to taste new things, they just decided that they didn't like something at the age of 6 and now thats going to haunt the rest of their lives. Its just lazy. You put in the effort at a young age and they didn't and its just a shame. Its just frustrating, what a waste. Challenge yourself, try new things. You might like onions now, you might have grown out of it. I didn't like lasagna all my childhood and I got so much shit for it, and when I grew older I decided to try it again, realizing that my younger self might not have been the genius foodie I thought I was. Lasagna is pretty good now. Just try it, if you still dont like it, fair enough, but atleast try it.
