They sell their chili separately now. Other than that it's really just a sauce with a little bit of grade F beef that's been emulsified and reconstituted, likely with an addictive substance like MSG. So grind the fuck out of ground beef and then make a copycat sauce. There's a ton of copy cat recipes online for this.

Get a decent mild cheddar cheese and make sure you shred it super thin. They likely shred blocks to avoid the corn starch on pre-shredded. Which won't make sense when you see you need to add cornstarch to the chili but trust me this will fuck up the recipe as it won't be cooked into the product.

seriously I hate fast food threads and fuck you for bringing that here but these fries truly are delicious I cannot deny this I've had them and will forever order them when I can
