I have an irrational fear of undercooked food.

I can't cook anything from a raw state because I'm scared of not cooking it properly, mostly this has to do with meat. How can I stop the madness.

I want to learn to cook, but if I don't get over this I'll never be able to.

Mostly it's meat and mostly it's baking, stewing, things like this that I'm afraid of.
