I'm in the same boat. Went from ipas to stouts and porters back to ipas and now I just pick up something if it sounds interesting. I had a wheat wine ale a little while ago that was really good. First time I've ever tried one. Now I'm going for triples just because I've only tried a couple before, but my go to has changed to any local pils. Pic related is usually the one, but a place called bauhaus makes a good one too.
Oh I also tried that omnipollo DIPA finally and it's fantastic.
