Food absolutely can get stuck in the small intestines.

Do you only eat meat for every meal? Try eating only meat for 30 days and see what happens to your body.

Let's talk about the intestines.

First, to address a few things.
>Serotonin, the happiness chemical, is produced within the intestines.
>Our body was not designed to ingest meat or dead(cooked) food. Flesh specifically has no fiber and thus can not be digested naturally.

Most people are walking around with 10-20 pounds of compacted shit lining their intestines. A lack of fiber, dehydration through eating dry processed foods, plus the rotting meat putrefying inside the gut is the cause of all disease.

Now i'm not telling you to quit everything RIGHT AWAY. You would fail. With that said, cleaning your gut as a start is the best thing you can do for your energy levels, health, mood and well-being.

Look into:
>Salt water flush
>Triphala
>Colostrum

Foods that are great at cleaning the stomach are raw, alkaline plants. Naturally alkaline plants are electric and provide the body with the necessary energy for nourishment vs shock stimulation via dead foods.

I'm here to answer any questions.
