So I tried my hand at yeast doughnuts (not pictured) and I wanted to use a more hydrated dough than recommended to get them lighter. It mostly worked, but the dough stuck to my greased surface and I couldn't transfer them into the oil correctly and they deflated like balloons. Should I have used more oil or used flour instead?
