Can't think of any specific in-show examples but anime boned meat sparks something in my lizard brain something fierce. Just the pure and simple joy of messily chomping onto a huge piece of meat and hearing it tear and splat as I rip away a nice, juicy chunk to wolf down.

Closest western cartoon counterpart I can think of is those hams that would show up in older Tom and Jerry episodes, with the bone perfectly centered so that they could switch between eating it and using it as a club. Pretty sure it was a non-insignificant factor in cultivating my overall love of ham later in life.

And if I want to? I know there's probably nothing that can truly encompass the experience of eating one of these things by the impossible standards of media but by fucking god I want to come as close as possible, that primal fantasy's been hung before me for so long it's downright pornographic at this point.
