Man, you haven't failed at anything And there is no damn life schedule, the truth is that there is no such thing as a "normal" life no matter what you are told. Me, I was fully expected to go to college, major in something practical, find a college sweetheart waifu, fall in love, graduate, get a good job at the refinery in my hometown, get married and have kids before I was 25.

If that is how life is supposed to be, well I fucked up bigtime. I think the only thing I did "right" was eventually graduate but even so I think my folks are pissed that I have no interest in my area of study and am not using my degree. At all. A small smaaaaall part of me feels bad, but not too bad. I wish I'd have made some decisions awhile back, actually. Decisions to quit school and move somewhere that doesn't fucking suck and do work that I fucking enjoy, not work that will supposedly help my lucrative "career".

Now is the time though, bro. You are fresh in college and have committed relatively little time and money. What I would give to rewind life's clock and be in your shoes. You only have one life man and if you base your decisions around what others expect of you then you are letting yourself down. Do what makes you happy, go somewhere you enjoy being and surround yourself with kindred spirits who you enjoy being around.

If it doesn't work out then you can always go back to school. Whoever says you have to graduate in 4 years at age 22 is full of shit. Yea life is short but it isn't that short. We've got plenty of time to figure things out when we are in our 20's. Life only becomes short when you start working young and do the same damn job everyday until you retire 40 years later, looking back and saying "damn, those 40 years sure fucking flew by. It's almost like every day was the same. And here I am, 40 years later."

If the mask gets you off then just find yourself something cheap and easy to put it on. You know, the fem equivalent of a corndog or greasy tater tots, you won't know the difference. But if you've got yourself some quality meat like pic related then why would you want to cover it up? Enjoy the good stuff and save that mask fetish for when you need a little cover up.
