I've seen those on a show on the Travel Channel. It's like an upside down Deep Dish pizza. They cook it in a bowl, then flip it upside down and take the bowl off.

I made these at home, and they're delicious. Like a pizza pot pie.

I was intending to make beef burritos today, I live in a place where they have no fucking clue on international cuisine, no international food shops, nothing but the local stuff (a really small town in the middle east, the closest shop with that stuff is a three hour drive away).

my plan was to make my own refried beans (using an online recipe but with more salt/chicken stock cuz i'm a retard who needs more seasoning on everything)
Brown the beef
Use this really thin type of pita bread since we don't have tortillas
aaaand add sweet&spicy doritos (please don't hate me)

so I just realized my freezer is ground beef free and all I have is some chicken breasts, how do I go on this?
I was thinking of browning them up first, shredding them, cooking the shredded boobs in some good seasoning and going with it.

opinions and ideas? gonna start cooking in one hour.
