Now imagine how much better, better beans can/will taste. Its a shame how much good coffee gets wasted on shitty grinders desu. As for the burrs just run em until you get bored or want to change it up. You're only a couple bills away from very different presentations now that you've see just how far apart grinders can be. I really like cast 80s so I'm sure the 64mm ssp cast clones are probably pretty based as well. Here's them side by side so you can actually see how they scale.
