does heating tortillas on a cast iron for a long ass time burn and ruin the taste of the oil used to season the pan?

when slicing into a deepdish pizza, what kind of cutter do i use to not ruin the cast iron? i use a butter knife

i also hear youre not supposed to use metal spatulas on cast iron pans. i use metal spatulas
