Kraft mac and cheese used to have a recipe on the back of the box for making it in the microwave. I think they stopped putting it on there because the bowl you microwaved was always hot once it came out of the microwave so I bet a nontrivial number of parents and/or kids got burned. But anyway, it was something like:

• 3/4 c (6 oz) of macaroni
• 1.5 c hot water (roughly 2:1 ratio water:pasta which is enough cover the pasta completely)
• cover and microwave for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through
• add butter, cheese, and milk as though you had boiled it on the stove

But seriously, the bowls were always nuclear reactor hot when they came out so I don't recommend it. Buy an induction cooktop and use it with cookware that a magnet can stick to, instead.
