I need recipe ideas for stuff that won't hurt my stomach. I've been eating nothing but fish, broccoli, and rice for like 2 months straight. No spicy stuff, pork, beef, onions, or garlic, minimal fats. Every time I've tried chicken I've also gotten sick for some reason.

I got a hiatal hernia from lifting heavy shit and lost 20 pounds by eating nothing but tilapia and rice for a month since this is the only thing that didnt send my guts into agony, with rice cakes as a snack.

You know if you wash the rice then most of the nutrients are gone right? Like it's just empty calories now.

I've never seen a single second of footage of this guy, I think I'm too old. He came around when I grew out of television, I think his first TV series came out just when I was finishing high school. I can't imagine watching TV in 2007.

It takes less than an hour to make sauce from canned tomatos. 45 in a sauce pan, 30 in a cast iron if you wanna get froggy.
