I'm a Westerner living in Japan. Here are my ratings of famous Japanese foods.

Sushi - completely depends on the place you're at but even then how hard is it to fuck up fish on rice? (It's surprisingly easy, actually, some of these chefs are a little too heavy-handed with the wasabi) 5/10
Tempura - With the sauce it's great, like a slightly lighter deep-fried food item. Suits shrimp quite well. 7/10
Ramen - Tastes great but not very filling, lots of regional variety makes it nearly impossible to give a solid rating but overall I feel comfortable giving it a 6/10
Curry rice - the bomb diggity, Japanese curry isn't very spicy or flavorful but some of these Indian places around here churn out some great shit. 8/10
Tonkatsu - THE meal for a night out with friends, tastes great, fun texture, every restaurant does a little something to make it "their own." 9/10
Karaage - it's literally dark meat fried chicken. 6/10
Yakiniku - Simply put the ultimate dining experience in Japan, 10/10
Gyudon - I avoid this because of the negative image that its association with chigyus has cultivated, aside from that it's also a pretty lazy and uninspiring dish. 3/10
Onigiri - More of a side dish than an actual food, nonetheless the tuna mayo from 7-11 slaps hard, 7/10
Okonomiyaki - great food to eat alone as you can sit at the bar and the chef will talk to you and you might even end up with a free beer or two. filling and with lots of options for customization. 8/10
Takoyaki - Burned the shit out of my mouth, alright as a snack once in a while but I don't consider them a real meal. 5/10
Kushikatsu - Overrated and greasy as all fuck. 3/10 sober, 7/10 drunk

How can I get women by cooking? I currently can't cook at all, I could fuck up a cup of coffee. Is it ethnic? Like if I learn how to cook Japanese food I'll get a Japanese girl for example?

Why has Japanese food had more international influence than Chinese food?

Sushi is fucking disgusting and everyone who enjoys eating it probably likes to smell their own shit.

Thailand:
>Pad Thai
Sweet, spicy, delicious. Sweet peanut sauce is an incredible combination with the savory flavors and the noodles are perfect for the dish.
>Panang Curry
Again, peanut combo is great. The coconut milk and the sweetness takes it a few notches above any other Indian or Japanese style curry IMO.

Japan:
>Sushi
Obvious reasons. Simple, delicious. Besides just the flavor, sushi is easily the greatest mouth-feel experience of all foods.
>Pork Ramen
Usually not a fan of "soups", but ramen is in a league of it's own to me. The amount of time it takes to create a real authentic broth pays off, and the toppings are endless and delicious.

China:
>Steamed Dumplings
Great texture, great flavor. Also a good variety, but pork is probably the best. Steamed is always better than fried.
>Orange/General Tso's Chicken
Not really "authentic" Chinese food, but deserves a spot. Whoever invented those sauces deserves a medal.

Overall Winner:
Sushi
