It's not that bad. Nobody uses an old rooster anymore and the recipe is probably made for millennials who buy bags of frozen legs instead of whole chickens.
I prefer mine with a lot more liquid in the end but compared to all the cringy shit that's just about wrapping four kinds of cheese in bacon it's a decent enough video.
