This year in place of traditional Christmas gifts we're gonna instead can a whole bunch of stuff and give that instead. Here's what I'm thinking so far:

-Apple butter (canned 17.5 pints in the last thread, pic related)
-Pasta sauce (tomato, garlic, onion, olive oil)
-Raspberry white chocolate jam (a friend mentioned having this once and said how good it was, I've never tried it)
-Beef in gravy for beef and noodles

Do you guys have any suggestions? What sounds good to can?
