I already know the obvious answers to the question, but we need to go deeper.

Somehow, I feel that nescafe clasico recreates the quintessential overburnt overheated stale bitter diner coffee experience.

I have the sneaking suspicion that they're actually serving me instant coffee and heating it up in a coffee maker instead of buying grounds.
I mean, the process looks the same, how would a customer even tell, they just dump pre-measured packets into their industrial bunn machine.
