There’s literally no reason at all not to make yourself a hearty dish of pasta & fagioli, especially if you use 3 types of beans and use toasted guanciale rind to make a savoury base with soffritto and fresh sage + rosemary.

It’s such a complete and nutritious dish, savoury and cheap too.
