There's an existing option for an extra portion of one meat for a few extra bucks, you don't have to do the mix and match. You might want to try exploring online ordering if you haven't already so you know what you can do. You can kinda address your other concerns, but it depends on the competency of the employees. Always get red sauce on the side, ALWAYS. They give me a whole cup for no extra cost and I get to drench my food in it at my leisure.
