What do you mean by that?
Shucking after cooking may make sense with meals like Shrimp Cocktails, where the fishy taste is important. But in stuff like Gumbo or Scampi, the sauce and spices is what should shine through.
You don't even acknowledge how much seasoning gets lost if you cook it without shucking.
